充分放松喉头、面部、胸部松弛,口腔呈打哈欠状;由胸部缓缓升起一股微弱的气流,到达喉部时声带产生振动,被动地发出很低的断续的"啊"声。(类似漱口时口里含着一包水仰头发出"咕噜、咕噜"的声音)
